Dear All, following our recent Club Committee meeting, we are introducing a policy regarding training and match kit. 

Going forward, rugby shorts should be worn for all training sessions and matches.   Rugby shorts are designed for contact rugby, providing a secure fit and appropriate coverage while reducing loose material that can be caught or pulled during contact.  

For safety, clothing with exposed zips, zipped pockets and other hard fittings should not be worn during contact training, as they may cause injury to the wearer or another player. 

Leggings/skins may of course be worn underneath rugby shorts for added comfort, coverage or warmth.

Additionally, we would remind everyone that all jewellery must be removed prior to training or matches.    Taping is not sufficient.        Thank you.
